Does look that way, apparently in talks now. If it goes ahead then they won't go any further for Arteta. Though there are rumours that it's already off.

Close mate of mine (and my gf's family, great uncle used to play for them) support Everton and they're all worried as hell about whats gone on today, although the bloke with the long name looks good
So the following players Arsenal could potentially have been in for (and in positions they needed) who have gone/will go elsewhere: Scott Parker £5m, Davide Santon £5m, Miralem Pjanic €11m, Gary Cahill £12m?, Juan Mata £25m. Don't even know if Arsenal even put in a bid for Eden Hazard or Adam Johnson, who would have added so much. All of the above (minus wages of course) would have been covered by the Fabregas/Nasri fee.

Yup, although I'm not as disappointed to possibly loosing arteta, good servant but injuries and hasn't been his best for couple years.
