I think the reason Benzema is preferred is he makes space for the players around him. Madrid's side is focussed around Ronaldo as the goalscorer.

Because he's extremely unselfish and compliments Ronaldo well, who is himself basically a #9 nowadays. Morata is a good player as proven when ever he's been given a chance, but also a lot more selfish than Benz, and obviously there's nothing wrong with that but it doesn't play to their strengths.

It's the only logical reason why he has been starting ahead of Morata. He's basically Ronaldo's bitch.
 
Only Messi has better minutes per goal than Morata in La Liga this season, not bad. I'm sold.

Highest shots on target too.
 
Reading yesterday that Juventus want to replace Buffon when he retires with Szczęsny made me :p:p:p so much yesterday.

A legend with a keeper who couldn't make it at Arsenal.

After his practical no show vs Real, Im not sure Higuain is a viable comparison to where Utd want to be anyway :)

But we need proven players we don't need yet more potential players who maybe good in 2 years, salah is good now and fits what we need so imo he is worth paying the extra.
 
Oh dear, Liverpool have ended their interest in VVD. They have released an apologetic statement. They have obviously been up to no good and are crapping it.
 
So we've been banned from signing youth players and will probably face an investigation for senior players and rightly so. This is an admission of guilt and whoever's in charge of our recruiting needs to be sacked ASAP.

Absolutely embarassing. Im in no doubt this lond of thing goes on to be honest but this is absolutely us holding our hands up.

Our club is run by a bunch of idiots.
