It might be possible but I've never seen it mentioned. Also it's weird that they resolved that considering they sold Hummels to them two years after that.

Im not sure they could include such a clause to be henest. Maybe one saying the same league is possible?

Im not sure Haaland moves there anyway to be honest. Any club in the world will be after him and it would really annoy the Dortmund fans who love him.
 
You can definitely include club specific clauses. There is one involving United and City but I can't remember which player it is.

Initial thoughts are A, but i'm willing to give him time to see if he can make the step up.

Can't be any worse than a Leno who wants out.
 
Not impressed by the prospect of Odegaard or Ramsdale. Seems crazy we let Martinez go and sold Willock then spend the best part of 50 mil to replace them with players who arguably aren't much better if at all.
 
Ramsdale is better than people are giving him credit for. He played behind an absolutely horrific defence last season. Still bad business by Arsenal, but he's so much better than people are saying.
 
Kinda of glad we didn't spend the £LOL money for Maddison, partly bc I don't think he deserves the "banter" he would get associated with when we fail to score any goals!

Happy with Odegaard, I remember him subbing on for Ronaldo at RM once, that was a long time ago and hopefully once settled he can be a good addition for us. I can't remember much from Ramsdale but he defo doesn't deserve some of the horrible comments on SM, he doesn't chose his transfer fee and it wasn't solely on him that his last 2 clubs (3?) got relegated, hopefully just a bad coincidence.

We need to sort out the ST situation though, if Barca want Auba with his current form I think he will be looking to make the move, not sure if we can afford a replacement of his calibre without any Europe, seen DCL mentioned but Everton would want a lot for him (rightly).

Will be an interesting couple of weeks as we need to shift a lot of deadwood, bad business putting squad players on big wages! Overall I'm happy with the business we have done so far, not the best start to the season but 37 games to go and hopefully for 4th/5th.

Again DCL would be a bad move for Arsenal. I get stick on here because I put down all of Arsenals dealings but its like people just look at stats. "Oh he scored X so must be good" DCL went weeks without doing at thing at Everton. He had a brilliant start to the season then went missing for months....Why would Arsenal pay silly money for that?

Have you seen the form of Auba and Laca? Hardly stellar numbers, could be a better the devil you know situation but would we have circa £500kpw not performing in front of goal at the moment.

Reading your post sounds a bit like you didn’t know Odegaard has played for us already

Only gonna use Auba as he plays the same position and last season he stunk the place out I agree. You wanna replace him with a fella that goes missing for months then?

Yeah I would, one is young and would cost drastically less over the next 2 years. and one is at the twlight of his career and has shown a drastic drop in form. The striker market is hardly flush with options right now is it! What do we have to offer apart from "trusting the process"
 
It’s been a disaster of a window. Over £130m spent and not one player who markedly improves the first team.

I used to get annoyed at the Kroenke’s about not spending money, but now I wish they’d stop throwing it at Arteta and Edu to ***** up the wall.
