Since 2018 their books probably look a lot less dodgy than yours. I mean you look at United transfer policy and money on buys and then sales it looks like a money laundering scheme to me. No legit club is doing those sorts of deals.

Manchester United cannot afford to meet Fiorentina's £30m asking price for midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, according to the Times.
Due to their financial constraints United made a loan offer for Amrabat but it was rejected by the Italian club.
United are hamstrung by Financial Fair Play regulations.

Why are Chelsea buying players and sign them on like 8 years contract just because their new signing is crooked for 4 months?

That makes no business sense, why not just find an internal solution or a loan solution? Those injured players aren't crippled, they are just injured.

Some teams adopt the "we'll score more goals than you do" approach to matches, Chelsea adopt the "we'll have more players than you" approach :)

No Legit club has the pull and world wide $$$ appeal that Man United offers.

We are buggered by FFP now so have to get creative.

But they wont, they will be hamstrung by FFP. FFP doesnt reset because you get new owners and no before you go down the "fake revenue" front, that ship sailed with City. United are 4th in the world now in the sports rankings for revenue etc, well third if you dont include City.
