Summer Transfer Window 23/24

Lots of chat around a potential move for Thiago. I love the little magician and hope that our new midfield signings will ease the burden on him, allowing us to pick and choose his games but at the same time I can see why the club might look to move him on. Although he can play both roles in our new midfield set-up, neither are ideally suited to him and given his age, fitness issues and wages, it might make sense to have a fresh start.

No exactly, you'd think he would get plenty of game time. Solid squad player, starter even, especially if Havertz doesn't settle straight away. 20m is good chunk of money, and since the Rice and Havertz outlay is large they wanna offset it a bit, understandable. But can you get a Xhaka or better for 20m? Hard.

Arsenal agree £105m payment structure with West Ham for Rice​

Arsenal have agreed a deal to sign West Ham United captain Declan Rice.
A compromise on the structure of the £105m deal was finalised last night.
It's understood Arsenal will pay the initial £100m over two years.
One source has told Sky Sports News that Rice will have a medical this week ahead of signing a long term contract.
The move will smash Arsenal’s club transfer record (Nicolas Pepe from Lille for £72m in 2019) and will be the biggest transfer fee between two British clubs.

Thats such a weird photo of Mount. Like they told him to bring in some of his childhood photos and then gave someone 5 minutes to raid the broom cupboard to set up the room.

It provides good visual representation of where United are currently. In the basement somewhere with lots of **** thrown about the place, a fair bit of old tat lingering around but someone with a full wallet that they're setting on fire.

And a football, to remind everyone that they're at a football club, not a commercial organisation.

Seen Maxi getting linked to Saudi clubs last night and this morning. Surely worth 100million in todays market? :cry:


Would take Harvey Barnes but seems a few clubs are chasing him. He’s older that i first thought also!!
