Can anyone help with suggesting a BCAA powder to sip whilst working out?

Optimum Nutrition Instantized BCAA 5000 Powder

on a side note vasotropin holy **** i am still playing around with the carb meal prior to the gym but pumps are insane, the only thing little worrying is vascularity. I am literally a road map across my chest because of such low b.f at the moment.... recommend!

Kai, what is the purpose of the pump products other than give you a pump/look bigger while lifting?

I'd be only having the one shake a day really Begbie, the other lot can be made up in food :)

Budget depending mind

Wouldn't be taking any shakes if it could be made up in food;)

Its more convenience at work, and I don't have any cooking facilities. Well very minimum, toaster and a george foreman.

Only be for a few months to get me to 90+kgs then I'll see what to do from there.

My understanding in a nutshell is increase bloodflow, which in turns stretches the fascia, therefore more fibers being used...hence bigger muscles in the longrun.supposedly!! And transport more nutrients.....

This at the moment is important as im conducting FST-7 at the end of the session to get as much blood into the muscle as possible, while sipping BCAA for the nutrients.

With my training at the moment i need the increased recovery rates, especially reducing fatigue levels during higher rep protocols.

That's all you'll ever need! Get some chicken breasts, tuna steaks, beef steaks, lamb steaks/loin/chops, pork loin/fillet slapped on that bad-boy, serve with salad and couscous or similar!

Do it, and do it hard! Do it for great justice!

It's alright saying that, but I don't have it available at work. It's also much cheaper to get the extra calories from a shake than it is buying chicken.

Another drawback there is I don't have a freezer so means a trip to Asda every 3-4 days to buy more chicken.

I will still be eating normally three times a day plus other snacks.

Whilist on the subject, if I had to cook chicken and store it in the fridge cooked how long would it be before it went off? 24 hours?

You can defrost frozen meat :p Freezer full of meat, take out one portion in morning or even night before == defrosted by lunch time.

You could even cook it from frozen, it's not going to do any harm.

RE: Cooked chicken, depends what is it in (e.g. spicy sauce or whatnot) but if just roasted chicken, I wouldn't eat after the second day. :)
