Supplements the debate/discussion thread

I've always wanted to some, I didn't know MP sold them until you mentioned them there.

MP Sell them in pairs according to the website, i have just ordered a pair of red bands for £12.99 which works out to about 60% the cost (on a single band to single band comparison) of anywhere else i can find selling singles!

They were out of stock for a long time after they first got them in. I will let you guys know what they are like once i get mine

Please do, they'd probably do wonders for me.

Debating whether to use IronScience for my order as they're doing on offer on spend over £75 and get 2.5kg worth of Whey Protein - Toffee (70%) and free sports shaker. The only problem is that they dont do unflavoured protein and the flavoured stuff costs £53 as apposed to £37.99 from MP :(. I do need other stuff like BCAA and Oats though too.

Thinking of trying out the MP BCAA's are they safe any side effects? and are they worth it? Never tried BCAA yet.

*Edit* Sorry just read this on another page

Well you need to ask WHY do you need them first? What reason do you think you have to up your BCAA intake? Do you currently take normal whey powder? What's your diet like? Or do you have long training sessions (1.5hr+) that requires an intra-workout drink?

But no, there's no side effects with MP BCAAs!

who gets side effects from bloody protein? I mean, its food not drugs! Thats like saying " now im thinking of trying chicken but im a little worried about the side effects"

People worry me sometimes

I've actually heard the same.
I remember someone and their mother insisting that she's allergic to Beef, yet she loves lamb and other red meats; not to mention white meats.

Also this just arrived

Interested to see what Black Powder is like, and I like Jack3d anyway. Both is a Blueberry flavouring.

Also got my free goodies, never had a flapjack before.
