Is there no fee then? To use it I mean? There must be a catch surely? :p

Quidco costs £5 per year but it's taken from what you earn so if you get no cash back you don't pay.
Topcashback doesn't charge a fee, but they give you an option to donate some of your cashback to them.

Ahh okay.

Do they charge you upon sign up? Just asking, as I have no moneys :p

Can anyone recommend an all in one mix of creatine and protein?

I'm not weight training as such. I'm just going to increase my general exercise regime so need a bit of a boost. I don't really get enough protein from my current diet. I'd like something that gives me around 40g of protein a day.

Is there anything available for around £20 a month? Or will I have to spend a little bit more?

Cheers.

easily doable for whey protein if you buy in bulk.

5kg = 166 X 30 gram servings probably around 24g protein per serving.
will set you back roughly 50quid for flavoured stuff.

its better to buy it in bulk as its much cheaper than buying 1kg every month

you might aswell just buy your creatine seperate but for general excersize i dont even know if you need it , personally i dont take it and neither do a lot of other weight lifters.

Just ordered Soy Protein Isolate (1kg £9.79) and some Creatine (1kg £10.99). Will see how it goes. Didn't fancy ordering anything in 5kg just in case I didn't like it.

I always use DPD, best service I've ever had.

Going to put an order in now for some red bands, some more oats and dextrose.

What makes DPD even better for me is the chap that delivers in our area lives 40metres from my folks' house :D

Red bands? Resistence bands?

Yea resistance bands. I have a green one from Pullum but it's a bit too strong for some of the stuff I want to do.

I've always wanted to some, I didn't know MP sold them until you mentioned them there.

Might have a look later.

Also on the topicof supps, I know a lot of folks ( myself included ) like Jack3d, but what's Black Powder like?

I've had the thought churning in my head to get both, one week Jack3d, the other Black Powder.

I'm probably just thinking rubbish but it's an appealing thought.

I'm tempted to make my own pre-workout supplement then I know exactly how much of what I'm getting in each serving.
