The legend used to seek the pump, so I'd class it as a good thing ;)

(Well, my legend anyway :p)

So your whey has the creapure in it? Or did I read that wrong? :p Mix the whey separately, then add the creapure...If its all mixed in then BAH! :( Might be worth getting a better mixer?

I'm just gonna put up with it for the moment (they're all mixed in) then get the stuff I want separately in future I think. Was talking to my friend about creatine and he said his trainer said don't have creatine in pills because it just gets digested before it gets into your system? With a somewhat working knowledge of biology that seems to make about no sense, given digestion is what gets it into your bloodstream in the first place? Unless he mean it just passes straight through your digestive system with no chance to get through. I guess if the shells on the pills were too thick/strong to be digested that could be a problem but I don't see it really being a problem with the right pills?

Also went off of the stuff for two days (1st recovery, 2nd working out) and there's definitely less pump from doing the same stuff, and though it may have been something else causing it I definitely didn't have the same level of energy as I had before. I was just checking to see if it felt different and it was a noticeable change. To be fair through I downed 3 scoops of it in milk (about 600ml including the 105g of the powder) immediately after exercising today haha. Current consumption is 11am every day and after working out (about 10pm) on strength exercise days (MWFS)

it works out the same as MP and has a lot higher protein content :o
No it doesn't and no it isn't

That one works out approx £15 per kg and is 82%

MP works out approx £10 per kg and is 82% (using pricemetcher you can get under £10 per kg)

How did you come to that conclusion?

Does anyone blend up oats instead of buying them? Just curious how effective it is because it would work out a lot cheaper and more convenient.

I actually prefer having normal rolled oats in my shakes, I much prefer the chunkiness of them compared to having it blend in to a drink. Seems to make me feel fuller :)

I blended my oats initially, but it became a hassle and broke a blender :(. £10 for 5kg of oats isn't too bad considering how long it lasts, and it's certainly the more convenient option.

I came back from doing some sprints this morning and mixed up a small protein shake. My flatmate's friend who is a 32 year old woman that smokes and is roughly 3 stone overweight (her knees point inward), spotted the brown powder and said incredulously "why don't you just diet and exercise instead?".

It was a whole new level of ignorance that I have never before experienced.

Next time your response is:

"Pahahahahahahahaa!!!!.........Fatty -_-"

On a more serious note, it scares me how people can easily label you for having a 'protein shake' and lifting weights rather than if you just go out and binge-eat whatever you like and weigh 30 stone.
