I wonder what it's being compared to, gold dust? :o What a hilariously expensive product

It's about the same price as the RRP of almost all other branded protein. It just happens that no one is ever daft enough to pay the RRP.

Ha! Oh dear. I love the last bit :D

“Jodie hasn’t taken the product herself as it is against the rules for the competitions in which she competes.”
See, guys, it’s all OK! Jodie hasn’t tried it, because it’s against the rules! But you should definitely buy it, and don’t feel weird about the fact that it’s being marketed and endorsed by someone who won’t even admit to using it because seriously, what could go wrong, huh?

That article reads like it was written by someone who I'd dislike in real life.

It's always interesting reading the opinions of people talking about things they are almost entirely ignorant of...

For anyone interested, the WADA banned ingredient she is talking about is also in Jack3d. It really isn't a big deal.

I came back from doing some sprints this morning and mixed up a small protein shake. My flatmate's friend who is a 32 year old woman that smokes and is roughly 3 stone overweight (her knees point inward), spotted the brown powder and said incredulously "why don't you just diet and exercise instead?".

It was a whole new level of ignorance that I have never before experienced.

its because its fashionable to have protein shakes to lose weight , its the new atkins diet

Wtf is she putting in it that's banned in the UKBFF?!

Given that federation will include seasoned cyclists as well as diuretics and other naughty stuff, I'm a bit perplexed

COST PER SERVING: £1.12
OTHER BRANDS PER SERVING: £1.81 - £2.30

just did a quick calculation, her servings are 35g

to get the serving size to fit the cost, you would have to use 150g of MP protein per serving lolol

She aint put nothing in it its just JST Nutrition stuff with her name and pics added to it

I know she didn't personally make it, but I was referring to the article posted above

“Jodie hasn’t taken the product herself as it is against the rules for the competitions in which she competes.”

Which if that is the case, isn't banned in the UKBFF so she'd be able to take it

this bit anyway:

But Jodie’s JST range includes a product not-at-all-terrifyingly named RAGE 212, which includes an ingredient called 1,3-dimethylamylamine, and enough caffeine to keep a narcoleptic awake for the whole of the Olympics.

Do Myprotein/Iron science do a product similar to Reflex's Natural Whey

i.e one without all the added **** in it

Any of their unflavoured stuff, should just be straight whey. I know MP's is I don't know if Iron science add sweeteners.

PHD Pharma Whey HT+ tastes funny. I've got the choc cookie flavour and it tastes like raw cookie dough, but it has a sour tangy-ness to it too.
