i always use a smoothie maker for mixing my protein shakes takes seconds and 100% mixed unlike when i try it with a fork and its epic fail lumpy **** everytime no matter what method i try

Also, why even bother cooking it, I find it tastes much nicer cold if you get the rolled oats
