Delvis brah, it's not estrogen that's given you a set of dem teddies, it's fat

Stop worrying about stuff like that

Yip.

It was an old conversation and it was mentioned that I should try it. Can't bloody make my porridge in the morning now! :(

Just started taking creatine monohydrate (loading phase) - definitely noticed an improvement on my stability/form/strength after about 5 days in.

My weight loss has stopped (which I expected) but should continue after I've loaded up on water.

Only thing I hate is taking 5 of those tablets at once.. massive & chalky... urgh....

Rite...Going to have to bite the bullet next month and get a bag of Impact Whey, this isolate **** does not mix with my porridge.

Works fine in the shakes (just kinda goes cloudy rather than frothy :p) so I can use it for that at least.

Life is against me.

On the plus side, I'm looking to be weighing less this Friday than I was last Friday

buy a blender :P

i always use a smoothie maker for mixing my protein shakes :P takes seconds and 100% mixed unlike when i try it with a fork and its epic fail lumpy **** everytime no matter what method i try

My shakes come out fine as I said.

It's when I make my porridge, doesn't matter whether it's in the microwave or on the hob, or if i mix it in cold or hot. Just taste naff and the texture is like hippo poo that's been on a diet of sand.

Delvis...

Please tell me you're not putting your whey in your oats while cooking it?

Also, why even bother cooking it, I find it tastes much nicer cold if you get the rolled oats

Always done it like that, I mix the whey in with the water, add the oats, microwave and its done. With the new whey it just clumps up and turns to rubber.

I have the bog standard cheap oats from tesco, and can't see how they would be nice cold...?

If I put the whey in afterwards it doesn't mix as I don't have my porridge like water :p
