Will try in the morning mate.

I put a touch of flavoured oats in there as well, as the taste is mank otherwise

just finishing up my 2nd pot of USN IGF-1, where's the cheapest place to get it from? Or should I be considering something else? Everyone ive spoken to has reccomended it and it does seem to be working for me, certainly feel worse the morning after a workout if I don't have it.

Also have it with fruit and milk in the morning, really find the flavour quite pleasant :) £35 for 2.28kg is the cheapest i can find.

Having just checked the stats, I'm quite impressed by that. 70g protein with only 4g carbs (per 100g). I'd like to know if anyone has tested it though. I don't mean tried it, but an actual test in a lab. :)

I know Steedie and perhaps a few others on here love USN stuff.

e: Tesco, of all places, sell that. But ouch.. £42.99

70g? My tub says 40g?

EDIT oh you mean per 100g, yea.

Argos apparantly had it on some uber deal a while ago, cheapest i can find is £34.99 with free shipping from sports and supplements.com, else £37.50 including a free mixer from ebay.

Thought I might as well get a multi seeing as MP were doing about a years supply of it for £40 (taking 2 a day). By gawd do the tablets smell like ****. Good thing you can't taste them. Also bought their liquid fish oil in the strawberry flavour as I was feeling brave and it's cheaper than blitzing 5 caps a day. Might stick it in my shake mind you.

That deal was awesome £25ish per tub, it's the stuff I pick up when I've got the cash.
Tastes lovely and has great macros.

I 100% guarantee you that expensive protein won't help you add 1 single pound of extra muscle over the course of 10 years, than something half the price such as Myprotein WPC80.

So why spend all that extra money?

Read the op, but still a bit confused by all these.
I've dabbled in weights for years, but determined to actually do it properly this time. I found a work out that I think will suit me. But how important is a post work out Shake? Out of all the guides I've read, nearly all off them suggest taking them? And if it is beneficial any suggestions on which ones?

It's not. You don't really need to supplement your diet if you've got the ability to get it all from food. Most people can't, so choose to supplement their diets to help boost their diets and give them a little extra in terms of different macros.
