I posted this in the 'Road Cycling' thread but figured I'd ask in here as well since there seems to be a tonne of knowledge spread about within this massive thread. :)

Does anyone have any good sources or info on where to buy a reasonably inexpensive carb/hydration powder for rides?. I've been using SiS PSP22 and it's great but wondered if anyone had anything else to recommend?. Years ago, Argos did their own range of ProPower stuff which was stonking value for money but its vanished off the face of the earth now. Anything similar on the market?.
 
how doesn't the bogof oats offer work? still shows as though im buying 2 at payment screen.

I bought the oats last night, Then realised this morning I hadnt entered INSTANT.

DOH!, had to phone them up.

Wish offers would just automatically apply deals.
 
Still waiting for my order i purchased on Monday from MyProtein, had an email saying there was a problem with the next day delivery service, really need that Creatine to push some more weight and progress, some of my exercises aren't moving because i'm currently on a relatively strict cut.

Yes I'm just about to finish my 5k tub of straberry and it was discusting! Making me gag everytime I was trying to drink it but I wasn't going to waste it so I used it all up and now im going back to MP and not trying a different supplement ever again.

Matrix anabolic protein. It's a big black tub. Other flavours may be ok but im not going to chance it again.
