I ate, I gained muscle but I felt I still looked skinny. I'm not trying to troll anyone at all, I'm not that childish.
Am I not allowed to choose how I want to look.

Which I later said was based on an article I had read as a maximum possible gain and that I agree with someone else, it's not realistic as we don't have time to achieve that in real life and a more likely gain is .5lb similar to me gaining 12kg in a year.

Can you clear this up just for me, as there are so many posts it's lost now

How much are you claiming you gained in a year? And how much do you expect to continue to gain a year from now?
 
I'm stepping out. You cant argue with gifs. If you want progress pictures I'm happy to do so but the immature nature of some posters is just ridiculous.
 
To be fair, I think you saying that you put on 12kgs of muscle in a year is the problem.

What you have to remember is how long some of the guys on here have been doing this for. Icecold for example is a beast, and if he says you're wrong, then well he is right.
 
So would people be happy if I post a picture of me a year ago at 11 and a bit stone and me now at 13 and a bit? I really don't get what your moaning about?

Yes I want to see the pictures that show you have gained a claimed 26.5lb of LBM.

I have posted already what 11st to 13st looks like. As that was pretty much my journey.

What your forgetting, is that you have claimed to gain a miraculous (by scientific standards, not just this forums view) 12kg of LBM which is what everyone is up in arms about.

Also your poor apparent dietary knowledge, which even further supports why your gains are in question.

Finally, what are your lifts like as well?
 
Right, I would appreciate a little tack from the forum members this time. Please if you have nothing nice to say then try not to be so hateful. If you have some constructive criticisms then be polite.
This before picture is the closest I have to when I started, its a little over a year ago, possible a year and a half but I can't find the one I'm looking for in the mess of a hard drive, however I will find it, but there will be very very little difference. The second I took this evening with my phone but its good enough.

Varies with bars or dumbells but,
Bench 5x5 @ 90 120@1Repmax
Curls 3x10 @ 30
Squats 3x10 @ 80 (legs need to improve)
Deadlifts 3x10 @ 80 (lower half needs improvement all round really)

What else can I say.

Don't take this the wrong way, yes you've filled out, shoulders look like they've rounded, arms a touch more filled, chest as well. But that is a lot of bloat on your stomach? :)

Well, it looks like bloat, do you have a side view? Current I mean?
 
That would maybe be the 5kg I stacked on in the last 3 weeks. I don't dislike it. If anything I think I just need to work on my abs a bit more. I avoid them to much.
 
If he's due a cut sometime soon I'm basically a sumo wrestler. Keep going brah your stats are questionable but you've a good base to work from and clearly blessed with mega ecto genetics.

For reals, why e-stat your bench and not the rest? (Unless vids?)
