Supplements the debate/discussion thread

I'm suggesting you follow the websites guidelines and use it to mix your shakes ;)

I'm pulling your leg mate. You've said it leaks, and I believe you :p I'm just telling you what the websites suggested use says.

Anyway, transport powder in compartment, remove compartment, fill the shake with water, put the powder in, shake while holding the spout lid, done. :p

BAM!

Delvis makes sense here, just remove the compartments before adding liquid?

lol @ arguments about shakers. It doesn't really matter. As long as you have a container to mix your whey and your water together - so ****ing what? There's no science behind it at all. Just use your puny muscles and give the container a good shake.

:/

Pretty much, I was just pointing out the suggested use part as per MyProteins site (ie do not store liquids in them)

As steedie has pointed out, he doesn't do this anyway :p

Anyway, I'm happy with it, it made my evening shake nicer, which was my original point before all hell broke loose

Now now Mr. cranky, no harm in us discussing something that I personally make use of 3 times a day ;)

It's just a plastic container.

So what if it's got a whisk, mesh, or nothing?

It just seems a little ridiculous to be having such an indepth chat about a flipping container!

Not singling you out - just a general observation.

:p

You shut your face, this is a forum, it's our god given right to discuss anything in detail, no matter how small the topic

So with that said, what are peoples thoughts on whether it's best to put the protein in first, then add water, or water first then add protein?

The best part about the pwo shake is piling all the powder on top of the water and sitting in awe as it collapses like calving ice into the water. Once one bit falters it speeds up the process and it all falls under. I commentate it in my best david attenborough voice.

Did they give you more than one code or what?

kd

They've sent me 4 separate "Your order has been despatched" emails with tracking codes if that's what you mean.

Starting to feel a little bad now tbh, but it is their fault, not like I should have to take time out to send them back. If they send any more though i'll have to say something :)

To be fair, it may cost them more to pick them back off you.

Unless, of course, then invoice you for the extra whey. ;)

I can see that happening when they finally catch up and realise what they've done so I wouldn't go opening it all then at least when they say we're going to charge you you can tell them it's all ready and waiting for them to organise for it to be picked up at your convenience.

Hmmm, one of the two was a repeat of my original order, the other was a letter sized parcel containing only 1 sample size sachet of pulse v4, which I have never ordered, ever.

*****?
