Man up you sissy.
this!
Training at 7-8pm, no problem sleeping later on with Pulse or a strong coffee.
That's because it doesn't do anything, I know.

Man up you sissy.
Tried basic stuff like a banana?

I need something to give me a boost when i go to the gym.
I havent taken any supplements before and have been going to the gym for around 7 months now, mon,wed and friday for 2 hours.
I feel much better but need something to get me going early mornings.
Should i start something quite low in dosage and work my way up?
Any suggestions for the best stuff to use?
cheers
I asked my GP that and he said that his cousin has started taking protein shakes etc and it turned out they had trace amounts of steroids, which is maybe why you can see the improvements more easily and quickly.
Creatine is really good but you take it a for month then month off etc otherwise your kidneys will literally explode.
Protein shakes is probably a good starting point, but don't get scammed and buy some ****** very cheap ones.
tbh a really good well balanced diet and working different groups of muscles should just do the trick.
