Can't remember the figures exactly but its something like a mixture of 6% simple carbs compared to 15% for complex carbs in terms of osmolality. So complex carb solutions good for long distance cycling (where I want calories) and simple carbs for running when I really don't want to be taking on much.
Being in the saddle for a 5 hour century (well ok, 112 miles) requires a lot of food!

Ah, ok. In that case stick with Angel deligh - you should be able to get it from most stores.hmm but Jell-o chocolate instant pudding mix looks like chocolate moose... which i would relate to Angel Delight not a Jelly. Will look around mate.
