you sure? tesco's have 400ml cans for ~1.50 of coconut milk... now I got it! it was milk not pure oil lol.

yes big difference between coconut oil and milk, B and M sell the milk for less than 50p a can iirc.

the decent oil is around £10 per 460 ml, the refined stuff is a lot cheaper, but unsure of how good it is in comparison, 1500 ml for like £7 iirc.

Vitamin D3 10,000 IU - 360 gels are only £1ish more expensinve than the 5,000 IU ones; Worth it for double dosage?

10k is too much for daily use unless you are having your serum levels tested. You can overdo Vit D. I'd suggest you only took that every 2nd or 3rd day but to me that make it more complex to remember when to take it.

Hi guys I've just bought this pre-workout called 1MR (One More Rep) and i'm finding it is affecting me quite a lot is this product safe?

I have only used Jack 3D, Hemo Rage and My Protein Pulse V4 I found Jack 3D Strong, Hemo rage moderately strong and 1MR strong whereas Pulse V4 quite weak but desirable as i'm sure it wasn't very damaging and gave me a slight boost that I needed. Thanks in advance.

Yes, 1MR really is THAT strong that its manufacturer publishes advice for its use on their marketing website. Colloquial studies across the world confirm this, and that it is the only pre-workout on the market the actually gives the user more energy for that one additional rep.

Not just here, the attitude seems to be ubiquitous to lifters. I’ve never seen a lifting forum that doesn’t have some clique of dicks at its heart.
