Supplements the debate/discussion thread

I've started laying off the shakes as much, only use them when I feel I haven't had enough protein, usually just have a tin of tuna with some peppers instead.
 
Now my MP samples are used up (and reviewed) and I've only got one Xtend flavour left to try (hint, I only have watermelon left to try, but my current preference is grape > raspberry> lemon & lime / apple > orange) it's time to start with TPW samples. Their Protein 80 Solo's didn't have every single flavour they do (missing the new blueberry :( for instance) but the majority of them. I'll be starting with the ones I know I'll dislike, and posting my findings once I've had all of them, which will take a while as I typically only need 20g a day, occasionally 40g to hit dem macros.
 
Is there anything else, supplement-wise that I should be taking to help with my Stronglifts 5x5 programme? I'm currently taking whey protein and just eating whole foods during the day, usually saving the meat for my main dinner. Probably not eating enough each day, but I still have a flabby belly so don't want to go overboard just yet as I'm only about 3 weeks into the regime. My BMI is 21.5

I've just received my yearly MP whey purchase

2.5kg strawberry cream - 50g + 10g glutamine + 5g dextrose as post w/o shake
2.5kg vanilla - 20g + big bowl quaker oats as breakfast
2.5kg choc smooth - will use for BUFF Dudes recipes for cookies and brownies etc

5gs? Lol. Please say you mean 50?
