Supplements the debate/discussion thread

That's a good start then all you need to do is eat less of it, work out your bmr then adjust your kcal intake from there.
No supplement will help if you're not in a deficit.

It worked because it put her in a massive kcal deficit that's all not because it contains any secret ingredients.
It's not a balanced or long term healthy option, you won't be able to train at your best because you'll have no energy and you'll end up losing as much lean mass as you do fat.

But if I maybe have a couple of shakes but cut down on 2 meals rather than 5/4 I have a day? Dont want to just rely on the suppliment more aid me in a way?

There's 25g of sugar in each serving, so at 2 a day that's 50g of crap simple carbs that will mess with your insulin and hunger levels that you don't need.
Carry on with your 4 or 5 meals but just put a little less on your plate it really is that simple.

Haha brilliant ok :) Just sick to how I am but try eat smaller portions.

What are peoples views on myproteins Lemon cheesecake? Coming from vanilla and looking for a refreshing change

Might be a bit late for you but I bought that last time and it's drinkable but not all that great, it tastes like really cheap lemon cheesecake so a bit chemically. I suspect that will be the same for most of the more complex flavours, I'll probably go back to vanilla next time I order it.

Sounds like something that could swing either way, I tend to stick to flavours that are less of a gamble, vanilla/banana or neutral cheesecake flavours.

10 lbs is a lot.
What was your starting weight and is the weight loss visible?

With many weight loss products, people switch to a low carb diet and end up losing a lot of water weight. When they eat some carbs, the water (and weight) goes back up.
Also, lets not forget muscle loss.

For the above reasons, I find that the best way to measure fat loss (apart from a caliper) is by looking at yourself in the mirror. Its quick/simple and it won't lie. If you notice that after losing 10lbs, that the belly (or fatty areas) are still there, but your muscles have obviously shrunk, then you know that its not mainly fat which you have lost.

To combat the above, when shedding fat, I stick to an ECA stack (it has anti-catabolic properties) and also take BCCA (again to reduce muscle catabolism) and have plenty of whey protein. I drink plenty of water and find that a high protein/carb diet works best for me. I drink lots of water. All this ensures that the majority of the weight I lose is fat and not muscle/water.

I didn't change diet or workout regime at all, just popped 2 of em everyday when waking up, made me feel really awake and got a burning sensation in stomach

Impressive.
I think each dosage of what you had, has about 300mg of caffeine, so this would explain the "wide awake" feeling.

To put it in contrast, in my ECA tack, I take 100mg of caffeine per dose. Twice a day.

Are you still continuing the usage or have you stopped?

took warrior blaze reborn lost 10lbs in a month
10lbs of what?

That supplement is nothing special at all. At the absolute most it could have contributed to an extra pound of fat being burned purely by making you train a bit harder for a bit longer. Nothing a strong black coffee wouldn't have achieved though.

If you lost 10lb of fat, which is what I'm assuming you're thinking, then you did that yourself, it wasn't that supplement.
