10 lbs is a lot.
What was your starting weight and is the weight loss visible?
With many weight loss products, people switch to a low carb diet and end up losing a lot of water weight. When they eat some carbs, the water (and weight) goes back up.
Also, lets not forget muscle loss.
For the above reasons, I find that the best way to measure fat loss (apart from a caliper) is by looking at yourself in the mirror. Its quick/simple and it won't lie. If you notice that after losing 10lbs, that the belly (or fatty areas) are still there, but your muscles have obviously shrunk, then you know that its not mainly fat which you have lost.
To combat the above, when shedding fat, I stick to an ECA stack (it has anti-catabolic properties) and also take BCCA (again to reduce muscle catabolism) and have plenty of whey protein. I drink plenty of water and find that a high protein/carb diet works best for me. I drink lots of water. All this ensures that the majority of the weight I lose is fat and not muscle/water.
