Tabletop Warhammer?

I'm hoping there's no Scatter Laser or Multi-laser spam. Though even a Space Marine can topple one of my vehicles with his bare hands if he really feels like it... :p
 
I love Eldar and they were going to be my second choice, but I couldn't get a decent list together. I did consider throwing an Avatar and three Wraithlords in for giggles, mind you...
 
Eldar are pretty pants now, they desperately need a new codex (and new figures) :(

Dakr Eldar have some lovely figures (Talos and Mandrakes in particular are amazing) They're just a pain on the table. Used right they can dominate most armies, they are tricky to use though, glass cannon and all.
 
Yeah. One of the problems I found with Eldar is points cost for some units, especially Guardians. Also, the range of a standard Shuriken Catapult is absolutely ridiculous. Sure, 12" and Assault 2 is good if you want to shoot and then charge, but the trouble there is that a Guardian is about as useful as a Guardsman in combat...

For 1pt more, a Kabalite Warrior is a way better deal. :(

I havent had much practice with the Dark Eldar but from what I have played so far they are a decent choice. I will be collecting them as well as my choas - depending how my list goes haha

I will be looking foward to see the list of the other dark eldar army mind. To see how different it is.

I've had to take out a whole squad :( as I was 1 bloody point over :( added 1 more unit to 3 other squads and now I'm 12 points under :( just wish I could have kept that original one...God warhammer is Frustrating at times
 
Possibly not 100% sure, I'd need to go over my Codex again but needs submitting before then :D

Think I may have solved the problem but I have had to give up an Icon :( Ill trust you the list now as cannot access email at work

I used to play a loooong time ago when the figures were made from lead or something or other.
Got a load of old stuff, wheres the best place to get rid of it?

Also I may not join in the end, possibly moving house soon so t'internet could be a bit touch and go.

Yeah. I'd like to start a DE army after the Marines, if a new Eldar Codex isn't released before then. They seem really cool, but I think my list depends heavily on being able to keep the vehicles safe until their payload is delivered. If they are taken out before then, it could be very painful... :o

They took out one of my transport and fully destroyed it :( lost a full unit of wyches. But the tables turned and I pulled it back abit. Got the game saved so will have to finish it. Also keeping track of the pain tokens and remembering to roll for combat drugs!

How many turns do you do before rolling to see if you have another turn. I need to read up on Deepstriking, Physic powers, and turbo boosting lol
 
Yeah. AV10 and open-topped is a killer. One thing I did consider is starting a Haemonculus in with a unit of Wyches in case that happens. At least then you get Feel No Pain right from the start. Of course, starting him in a unit of Grotesques could also make for a nasty tarpit as that would give them FNP and Furious Charge for their first assault. :p

Blood Angels.
I'd say army but its primarily Terminators as I got into it via Space Hulk, plus a few of the GD Assasins models and some other random stuff I liked the look of as I was more into painting than actual gaming...
 
I was sorting through my draw today and found my Crimson fist test model. I think it came out well. Haven't collected for 5 years now sadly, no time or desire.
