What do we feel about the additional units included in the Imperial Armour volumes? Yay or Nay? Technically they're officially allowed if you tell your opponent beforehand.

Should be standard Codex stuff only. No forgeworld or additionals... IMO anyway

I'd be happy to allow them, but people would have to clearly identify any proxy units they used in Vassal as I believe quite a number of them are unavailable (unless they're under Apocalypse?). I'd love to be able to run some Eldar Corsairs but I think that's stretching things a little, as I'd have to proxy almost every unit in the army.

With regards to the Mythreal thing, I notice that my payment was to Total Wargamer and the address and contact number for both are the same. As the latter are the subject of many complaints about long delays, this has become somewhat less surprising. :/

Some of them are available and some would be easily proxied (a lot of the Eldar skimmers could just be proxied Falcons etc.

I'm trying to make Eldar lists but there Fast Attack choices just suck, everything is in Heavy Support (why weren't War Walkers Fast Attack?!? They're flanking scout vehicles!) Hornets are much better and count as Fast Attack though.

Hornets are everything the Vyper should have been. I still think Warp Spiders are a good choice if you can get them round the side/back of vehicles or just spam S6 shots at tough units. They have to fail saves eventually.

I may roll a tau army in the next tournament just trying to decide if Kraut squads are worth it or do I just trust my luck with fire power XD

Been looking through Forgeworld for some dreadnaughts recently, just to paint. I don't do the gaming, but I love the painting. Just can't justify £50 for a model atm when I have an Imperial Guard Gunship that's only 5% finished

I've had a week off painting, been writing various things (may have gone a bit overboard with my 6th edition changes summary it's 11 pages and of course season 2 plans and various army lists (I've done 8 army lists now from 500-2000 pts!)

Must start again this weekend, got the house to myself so no excuses. My Studio Mcvey jetbike turned up this morning as well

I'm on the train now to Manchester airport. Going to what will most likely be the last game arsenal play in the champs league for a while so not really a cultural trip only there for two nights. I do aim to go back at some point and do it properly. Can you recommend any drinking establishments, I'm sure it's not lacking in that department

get to the biggest bearhall in munich Hofbrauhaus. We out traditioned the noisy Germans in beer drinking games and got barred

Down kultfabrik was a great laugh. German dance/techno club near the entrance there and we partied there one night, was really good laugh (it was a stag do so we were all hammered)

I can't really recall anything else, but beer halls in general are a good laugh.
