I was thinking of getting another larger vehicle to paint myself, the standard miniatures are too small for displaying - I'll be sure to avoid that one.

Thinking a predator, an ork dreadnaught/killer-can the new massive elder wraith thing, or a grey knights dreadnaught.

1k minimum, 500pts could be destroyed before you even get a turn

I'd say 1.5k, in a free for all I think things are going to die rather quickly, much harder to stay in cover!

well, you can't move within 1inch of a unit you are not in combat with so ....

I guess they'd all die automatically (similar to if you surround a transport that explodes) Would be hard to pull off though, I wouldn't recommend it

Scares me to think how much the full set will cost when finished, what with all the Primarchs, and then who knows how many other special characters they will do ala Abaddon/Loken.
