yep im up for it.
so, started painting my prototype renegade space marine pimp, helmet not finished yet need to tidy it up and do some high highlights.
This will go amazingly with my gold/purple armour tempted to just make champions/HQ/important models have green helmets and then normal colours for the rest, just to mix things up a bit.

That looks pretty good. 
I ended up receiving the remainder of my sealed retro goodies today. Now have an Assault Squad and Devastator Squad. There's something about those old models that I really like.

Really liked the thicker lower legs on the old devastators. Shame they did away with that little detail.

Don't claim to understand the rules, but that picture is great.
My W&N brushes turned up the other day, the 00 looks amazing. Still in their protective tubes because I'm too scared to use them
Got a question, been watching a few vids, who here uses glazes?
Tempted to give it a try once I've finished my current model, but I'm having a hard time finding out how you actually make your own glaze. Watched 1 vid where a guy used paint, thinner and satin varnish.
Don't have satin varnish myself, but do have gloss and matte.
