Tevez hands in transfer request

You missed the bit about agreeing you're talking out your arse, fact is you don't know much about how your club is run or what is going on in the background but you tend to come on here like you work in the boot room.

RSC has been pimping himself around Europe for the last 6 months, Adebayor is linked with everyone week in week out because he can't get a game, Johnson said that he will look to move if he doesn't start games and Lescott sure as hell wants to leave, Liverpool and Villa I last heard.

You should pay more attention to the "Who wants to leave this week" column rather than the "OMGZ were gonna sign Dzeko and Aguero" columns.

Well i am not so why would i?, fact is you dont know if i do or don't.
Please back these up with things these players have said. So you know Johnson and Lescott?

I REALLY do know that you don't know anything, you're full of it.

It had only just been announced and you're already talking about replacing him and letting him rot in the reserves.

ROLLEYEZ!!!!!!

Manchester City midfielder Adam Johnson has conceded that he may be willing to consider a move away from Eastlands in search of regular football.

The 23-year-old arrived at the club from Middlesbrough in January and made a smooth transition to playing in the top-flight, earning plaudits all over for his strong performances.

The winger also earned a place in the preliminary 30-man squad for the World Cup, but was dropped from the final 23 that travelled to South Africa during the summer.

This season, however, Johnson has only made five starts for his club, and is unhappy with having to play a fringe role under Roberto Mancini.

"Every footballer has to think about it when the time comes," Johnson told The Sun.

"It is still early but I definitely would consider it."

Joleon Lescott has said he is open to the idea of leaving Manchester City in next month's transfer window after becoming increasingly agitated about his inability to secure a first-team place at the club.

After becoming the world's third most expensive defender when he signed from Everton for £24m in August last year, Lescott has found it difficult to establish himselfas an automatic fixture since Roberto Mancini replaced Mark Hughes as manager four months later, starting only nine of City's 23 games this season despite being able to play at centre-half or left-back and three other defenders – Jérôme Boateng, Aleksandar Kolarov and Wayne Bridge – missing large chunks through injury.

Vincent Kompany has replaced him as the first-choice centre-half alongside Kolo Touré and after also finding himself behind the young Belgian Dedryck Boyata at other times, Lescott offered an honest appraisal when asked whether it may have reached the stage where he had to leave. "Of course," he replied. "I'm not happy with the situation. I don't enjoy sitting on the bench, and sometimes not even making the bench."

Let me know if you want me to give you any more information :)

That was all in the last 2 weeks as well.

Attempted to point out that he's said it all the clubs he's been at and also said about how he'd always return to Boca, but alas, it wasn't listened to...

Mm, now you mention this, i remember reading news stories about this.

Agent: Go on...think of the £££!
Tevez: But i miss my family.
Agent: One more season?
Tevez: Fine.

Tevez: That's it. No more!
Agent: Go on, we'll get more £££ like Rooney did?
Tevez: Don't care. I miss my family.

Perhaps. :o

So he comes out on the official site to deny the story, does he at any point deny he said it? Does he not even admit he's been having texts about it?

Where in your links do the players come out and deny what they said? My quotes were directly from the players themselves. You asked me to back it up with what the players themselves had said, I did, you lose.

It is not unusual for players to go back on what they have said in interviews, that doesn't mean they never said it in the first place.

Now I can't be bothered with you any more, you're a muppet.

He doesnt deny he said it but if you believe that he said to the The Sun he wants to leave then wow.
Well you can because you keep posting and quoting me. Not very nice.

Yes, because the official site is going to post information that suggests players are unhappy aren't they?
No, but The Sun would post information which is untrue to try derail us like they try every week to do eg blowing up the Balo-Boat 'fight' hence why Adam had to say something.

The Sun would post a "source close to the player" if it was untrue to avoid any potential comeback. That's how the rags do it.

I'm really nice, I just don't suffer fools.

Sounds like agent rubbish to me, still, at least we now know that Yaya isn't on £200k a week as reported by the media a while ago, the idiots.

I'll miss the fella if he does leave :(

Yup, media in being wrong about City money shocker. Shame we won't hear anything about that though!

Robert: Honestly no idea. It wouldn't be us slapping a silly price on him, he genuinely is worth a lot to us and no one can doubt he's one of the best strikers in the prem at the moment. Probably a better question is who can afford him who actually needs him? Unsuitable to replace Drobga, not going to oust Villa or play second fiddle to the likes of Ibra, etc etc. Are there any teams in the market for a big money striker besides us? Smacks more and more of dodgy agent by the second. I wouldn't be surprised to see him play out the season at City.

Carlos Tevez is the highest paid player in Europe. Carlos Tevez is making £286,000 a week tax free.

From Rodney Marsh on 5 Live just now, after speaking to a great reliable source as he called them earlier on.

If true then that is an insane amount of money!
