Hey...
Question (I'm new in the gym section so be gentle with me! ).
I'm doing weights, running and the like - and try to eat protein such as lean chicken, fish (such as for example salmon) as well as have a healthy diet in general.
I'm considering ordering something like maxi-muscle (promax or something) for extra protein... but after doing a bit of research, though whey protein seems good, many in the body building / sports areas don't really seem to rate it (claiming that it's over priced and there are better products).
Anyone offer any suggestions, as I was looking at it mostly for the whey protein / muscle repair, or is this completely pointless?
I just order Impact Whey from myprotein, people here have used it, i've not got any gripes with it.
I'm using it due to not being able to afford enough protein foods i'd like, and for now this is cheaper...Yes food is 'better' but untill I earn more money it'll have to do

Something like that?
How long does that last BTW?
Yep...Well, I think I have the 2.5kg one, and the bag is bigger than a size of A4, but naturally a lot wider if that makes sense?. Depends how often you use it really, every day? Or only after workout etc?
Oh okay, you'll get way more than 30 in the 2.5kg one easily really.
At the end of the day, its a tenner I think? The protein amount on it is reasonably good, even on the flavoured ones (I use the strawberry one, just because really ) And a bag lasts ages.
Give it a shot
Okay, thanks a lot.
I'll give it a shot. Better than paying 500000x times the price with maximuscle.
Pah, 5kg is where it's at!
You can get chocolate mint these days; I didn't get it as I worried it might be gross.
Excellent! They never used to do it.
