Caporegime
Well...shoulders today.
Done a various mix that i'm happy about, apart from my lateral raises always suck on the 'amount' =/
Anyway:
BB seated press (Front and behind head): 19kg x 10
Upright row: 22.5kg x 10
Lateral raise: 7.5kg per arm x 10 (bit of a struggle )
Front raises: 7.5kg per arm x 10 (Easier than laterals )
DB shrugs: 16kg per arm x 20 (overkill i guess but meh, hate my traps)
(All exercises done with prior lifts of varying weight building upto it)
Also...I'm addicted to deadlifts...even though i've only done them what...three days training? And the weight is 'low', I just want to keep doing them! But i'm resisting
Also, i've heard different things regarding squats on DL days...Some say do squats then DL, due to the squats prior it makes the initial DL lift easier...Which I can understand.
But other say no way?
Anyway...I'm hopefully on my way to gaining some decent mass if i keep at things
