edit: I don't think I could get 32" all the way on. I'll try tomorrow for a laugh! That's more or less the size of my waist though, give or take a few days of eating far too much.

Back day today :D
Can feel a monster effort approaching! Might do a FreeFaller and calculate the total volume lifted.

So back day was great :cool:
If I take out my calf raises, total volume for the day was: 15Ton (metric)
Mainly using: Weighted Pull ups, Rack Pulls, T-bar rows, Wide Lat pulls, DB Rows, reverse chin ups, skull crushers.

Todays workout
Chest:
Bench:
1 x 10 x Bar
1 x 2 x 40KG
1 x 2 x 45KG
3 x 8 x 52.5KG

The last two reps of that where amusing, thought the weight was going to come back down again :o

Inc. DB Press:
1 x 8 x 15KG
2 x 8 x 12.5KG

The 15's just wern't working, maybe next week.

French Press:
3 x 10 x 20KG

CGBP:
3 x 10 x 27.5KG

Flys:
3 x 10 x 10KG
1 x 10 x 7.5KG

Added an extra set in, the 10kg sets where pretty terrible really.

Finished off with some rowing.
 
Nailed my 67.5kg 5x5 bench tonight, finally moving on to 70kg.

Only thing is my weight is still going up - my waist has stayed almost the same but i've put on 2kg over the last 5-6 weeks. I'm hoping it's muscle in the right areas but I doubt it all is!
