If anyone wants a bit of motivation and a great watch...

Troy Alves - Resurrection

Amazing DVD. Not like your typical bodybuilding DVD, shows him doing all sorts, plus some fantastic training and diet tips and some great stories along the way.

Such a brilliant physique too, amazing considering he weighs around 212lbs

Oh wow :') LiE your shoulder workout is brutal. Never done BB front raises before, always dumbells, and even with 10kg, making sure to pull outwards i was in so much pain. Rear cable flys are awesome aswell, much better than doing bent over flys on a bench. Huge pump ahhhhhh! :D

Now for a shake and a walk to asda because i realised i have nothing for dinner :o

The entire delt pump you mean :D Plus i was doing it in the best area of gym lighting available so i looked extremely sexy in my vest.

Oh also saw two bicep boys squat for the first time ever today! Well they were doing half squats with the pussy pad, but better than nothing right?

Death by complexes tonight - nothing gets me in quite as much of a sweaty mess.

Deads 40X8 into
Hang Clean X 8 into
Push Press X 8 into
Front squat X 8

Rest for 2 minutes - repeat 6 times (could only manage each X 5 on the last set).

I've hit my first plateau in my bulking and I've been stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks. I started my bulk at 140lbs(5'10)and put on 5lbs in 5 weeks but I just can't seem to put any more on.

Here would be a typical day for me in terms of food and I think the problem is that I'm not eating enough.

Breakfast:
2 poached eggs
2 pieces of wholemeal toast
Glass of milk

Snack:
Handful of almonds or cashews

Lunch:
Tuna pasta mayo
Protein shake

Snack
2 pieces of wholemeal toast with peanut butter
Dinner:
Chicken breast
Potatoes and other green vegetables

Supper:
Cottage cheese and crackers
Bowl of shreddies
