And that's part of your problem, you can't commit to one routine and give it a chance, do what you were doing last time, it was fine. And stick too it

Oh I intend to :)

What I meant was...I've been looking at routines and articles...And it's annoying me as I want to be training :p

Intending to startup again this week in some form

Nice, is this squatting? I see Smolov also used for bench pressing?
What is the end result of doing a cycle?

Yeah, squats. For bench they usually use Smolov Jr.

I used 160kg as my 1RM for percentages. If I'm lucky I should get 180kg raw. I've done 180 in knee wraps before, but that was a year ago when I was training more consistently.

New program today :). It's a little complicated because it's made up of 3 others, but it should be pretty good. I'll put proper details in my log when I get back, I'm looking forward to doing some real lifting :).

Good session today

5 x 5 @ 62.5kg Squat
5 x 5 @ 42.5kg Bench
5 x 5 @ 52.5kg bendover row

Very pleased when I actually look back at just under 2 months ago when starting.

squat was 20kg
Bench was 20kg
Bendover was 30kg.

Sore legs tonight mind you but no sore back which is usually a ok sign that form is "ok"!

I was just looking at RDL and wondered what peoples thoughts were on it. Is it a good alternative to the traditional Deadlift? Does it put much pressure on the lower back, or is it mainly the Hamstrings, Glutes etc.

Sigma, why put up pics and vids and remove them? I do enjoy seeing how other people are doing and the responses they get as this also helps me rethink what I am doing or spot things that I might also be missing!
Also it's good to get more then one opinion some times :)

I didn't think many people would be interested! I remove them because I'd like to keep some anonymity, the same reason why I blank face in pics.

Core is still sore/stiff/domsy from pullups so decided against overhead squats. Decided to do some skipping instead, bloody knackering :o arms seem to give up before the legs although I guess that is no surprise.

Fingers crossed I can get into gym on Weds!
