This was linked to a while back: http://www.simplyshredded.com/mega-...ll-powerhypertrophy-routine-updated-2011.html

Sadly 5 days though, so unless you fancy tinkering?

As I understand it though, are you still not making gains?

Thanks I did check out the above and it was an interesting read but a 5 day routine is not something I can work with :(

I am making gains but I like to change things up every now and then, been on my current routine for 3 months and although gains have been reasonable it was just something I threw together and I am looking to do something else with wider results that I might get better results from.

Also maybe hoping something different will help me reduce my bf % a little. Need to look shredded for summer lol

Can't get my head round people who put their feet up in the air when bench pressing. I was told it 'helps make you better at stabilizing' ... right...

No thanks, if it really helped so much every powerlifter and strongman around would train like that.

Also him sugesting that you shouldn't breath while doing the sets..lol

Heh, I was joking you know ;) :p

And yes...I think I'd pass out!

Watch that guys elbows as he presses...

Good bye shoulders.

Can you elaborate Dom? Only asking as my shoulders can cause me issues benching with a barbell so I'm interested in what you mean really :)

Sweet. jogged to the gym and jogged back (only about 3miles total) but the post surgery knee held up just fine :D
Old Clipsey is making a come back!!

Not a bad session, decided to give RDL a go.

Squats - 90kg (form felt a bit out when higher, so gone back to 90kg to nail it at this weight).
Push Press - 70kg
RDL - 90kg, 100kg and finally 110kg

Going to have a go at some other core exercises amongst others after work, tonight too. :D

I have to say i watched it too and couldn't figure out what was up with his elbows.

I'd like to know too as after my last two chest sessions I've had pain in my elbows.
