Cheapie Matalan here . I did buy a vest when it got super hot this summer (for about a week) but I couldn't bring myself to actually wear it, felt like a fag.

Indeed! I use cycling baggy shorts for the extra stretch, no embarrassing squat faux pas for me!

I would say so - similar principle behind it (obviously), and doesn't may you think you're eating granulated cardboard.

this is for the wife by the way not me, so it doesnt need to be ultra clean, just not as bad as normal pasta!

best of all they are building a primark just opposite the gym so if i forget my kit, i can get replacement stuff for less then a tenner

any random polo and maybe a vest occasionally. But then i only buy vest that can take a pounding from the axle / log or other random stuff that will be scratching it up
