how big are you psymonkee ? had a look back and couldnt see.

just as a comparison im 318lbs so its not too insane to lift :p

No idea as no scales I have access to can weigh me :(

Certainly > 400lb. Concept 2 hasn't broken on me yet though.

Az is right though - until I stop eating rubbish I'll never truly benefit from the exercise.

food is important but also keeping active is, just keep at it while you sort your diet out bit by bit. it all helps especially when your big.

Well double bummer, no vid as phone crapped out and only got 10 x 205 anyway maybe 11th in tank but had started hitching..

Went
160 x 3
180 x 3
205 x 10

perfectly in line with 531 but dissapointed

Now off to play squash for 3 hrs thank god im not a natty!

Woop. Started my new job this week, which has much more stable hours so I'll be hitting the gym more regularly now. Might change gym though, as there are now two gyms that are much closer than my usual haunt. Lower back still fubar putting a damper on things, but it's on the mend.

Any one been to a Vie or Gym Box gym? The tour I took of Gym Box in Holborn a few years ago was good but the price they offered was way too high, but that was their flagship gym. This one (Farringdon) is quite a bit smaller.
