Hey just wanted to ask, do you guys do any forearm work out, they also tend to burn out and I cant finish of things like biceps work outs.

No need to target them individuality if you have stuff like Hanging raises, deadlifts DB rows and loads of chins work in you're routine, works them pretty good (All without straps). I tend to get a really good pump in them doing chins. Don't know about anyone els?

lol "should i bother with forearms at all? They cant keep up with my bicep curls and they hurt too much to keep the bar on my shoulders for squats. The only thing that seems to make them better is chips and battered marsbars and i can only train once a week as a result"

That fiction would be slightly worse
