Amazing lift Temi_D ! Good to see epic bodyweight to lift ratios :D

I think it was you but I don't know that had a big weight gap between deads and squats. Just wondering how you have been getting on with squating, got the same problem as you with a weaker squat. :P



Don't know how many carbs im on today on my ''bulk'' Half day in college so thought I would trat myself a little :D

40g Prot shake
2 doubble cheese burgers
Extra large fries
Large coke
Mcflurry

Also bought a large Areo bar and three packs of rowntree randoms I about to go to work on!

Whys that?

Cutting at the moment and carbs were the first to go, although I only have the odd day where I feel drained, but that's probably due to being half asleep at the time. I'm alive so far :D
