I love Benni's psyched up marching around. It's even better that there used to be a phaggot that wore head to toe compression gear* and tried to copy him. No gains were had that lifetime.

*might not sound that bad, but he wasn't wearing anything over it. He wore this every day.

I don't care that he is juiced up to his eye balls, that man is awesome.

Andy Bolton annoys me a little if I'm honest. That 445 is in no way locked out and he knows it as well, it's just laziness. He is also very very arrogant about his ability which I don't really agree with, and he looks like his skin is about to fall off nowadays.

How much do you supplement protein in your diet?

Just worked out that over a week 22% of my protein intake is from whey. I think this is reasonable, obviously perfect world there would be 0% supplementation and i would be eating steaks for breakfast, but until i win the lottery that isnt gonna happen.
 
25g/day out of anywhere from 160-240g total. Alas it's not going to much good atm as I keep failing to make time to lift. No excuse really but life just keeps kicking me in the teeth.
 
I find the biggest problem with getting enough protein from food is all the ancillary items you buy at the shops meaning you have less money for lean meats. That and waste as 50% of all the food in the uk is thrown away. By meticulously planning my weekly shopping I find I spend much less than going to the shops every other day and getting what I fancy.

At the moment 3 scoops of whey and 1 of casein. Half my protein i guess.
 
I just worked it out to be just less than 10% of my total weekly intake, 7.9% if you're being exact :p

I only use whey post workout now I've finished my casein (and won't be replacing it), so that's pretty good
