What sort of exercises can I do to strengthen my upper back for deadlifts?

How much do you supplement protein in your diet?
Just worked out that over a week 22% of my protein intake is from whey. I think this is reasonable, obviously perfect world there would be 0% supplementation and i would be eating steaks for breakfast, but until i win the lottery that isnt gonna happen.
I just worked it out to be just less than 10% of my total weekly intake, 7.9% if you're being exact
I only use whey post workout now I've finished my casein (and won't be replacing it), so that's pretty good
