Performed once a week, i do zero cardio at the moment this is done purely to keep fitness levels up.
Kai, your diets and workouts are just rubbish. Sorry but I'm just saying what everyone thinks :/
Disagree totally, apart from the one workout above i lift hypertrophy 5 times a weeks. As for my diet it clearly is not rubbish as i am SLOWLY adding mass while staying lean without any cardio. I manage to stay between 7 - 9% b.f all year round and hold a decent amount of mass??
I don't think he's made much progress recently at all. I think his greatest progress has been made when he followed basic workouts and tried and tested diets. Since he got lean and done well for himself, I don't think he's made too much progress and this seems to coincide with his ridiculous choice in workouts etc..
Not to sleight the guy as I think he looks great, I'd kill to look that good. I just wish he'd stick to something he'd actually make decent gains with and get better. Rather than blowing smoke up his ass

Very honest, but yet again i disagree the amount of progress i have made from May - December 2012 is probably the most i have made since i started training, i have managed to add mass while staying around single level b.f you only have to look at very first photoshoot in May 2012 to my latest one Nov 2012. This has come through as above hypertophy training, lifting heavy and eating lots.
I post workout's like the following to give people a different insight into training; my weekday training is no doubt like 90% of others here. Here is tonight's training session
Front shoulder press - dumbbell
Seated Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise - dumbbell
Driving wheels with weight plate
Arnie press - dumbbell
Front delt raises - dumbbell
Rear shoulder press - dumbbell
Side lateral raises - dumbbell
3 sets, 6 - 10 rep range hardly crazy?
I am pretty sure that that workout isn't Kai's staple workout. I think it's conditioning workout on top of normall training, at least that's how I read it. If I am wrong then I happily join the oh lawd crew and say wtf is that crazy wo!

I guess the problem he has is the constant chopping and changing of contracts leaving him little time to settle into a decent routine. However - since he started, I agree entirely, he hasn't changed much - but he's nearing his potential naturally now in terms of huge obvious changes anyway. He's done most of the hard work. Unless he's allowed to go a little "soft" he won't really get the chance to grow as much.
Would you REALLY kill to look like that? Sure he's lean and well defined - but.... anwyay it's not fair to have a pop at him.
Correct, its really difficult to just "pig out" and gain mass quickly. However, i have made my sponsor aware and they are understanding i dont want anything planned untill May. This has given me 8 months to concentrate on adding a little mass.
Diet is really nailed
BMR is 1700 i have added 1200 calories for daily activity giving 2,900 calories a day (% ratio changes depending on high or low level) i plan to stay covered up untill May when i attend the Bodypower.
