They look and taste like they should be really bad for you, and they probably are, I mean they're covered in salt ffs! But I do love them. Got 30 packs at my side.

Omg can you imagine if it was SATURATED fat?! I've heard they kill you and stuff, plus SATURATED sounds reallllllly bad. Like you know, so saturated it's DRIPPING with fat :eek:

Fully cereal, there's no reason to avoid saturated fat as far as I'm aware. If you're going to be worried about anything, it's man made transfats.

Eugh rage! OHP I can't seem to move any more weight!

This might be a daft suggestion so perhaps wait for wiser advice but if you've gone as far as you can with a strict OHP and are still getting stuck have you tried treating the last few reps as a push press of sorts to get the bar up there and then just focusing on lowering the weight under control?
