I don't think they could possibly make it any more straight to the point. If your weight isn't doing what you want it to (whether that be going up, down or remaining the same) then your diet is the first place you look to fix, always.
So you would instead tell them NOT to stretch at all and risk squatting with rounding their lumbar and actually increase risk of injury?
Cheers, really not sure where to begin to look at things to improve it, apart from fine reading labels.
During the week my meals typically go like this:
Breakfast:
weatabix with some honey
fruit juice
green tea
lunch:
sandwich, but the made fresh in store
packet of crisps or pastachio nuts
apple or plum
banana
yoghurt (sometimes swap this out for a "treat" like peanut butter kitkat chunky)
can of juice
Dinner is the harder one as it ranges all over the place, but typically it's meat, veg and rice/potato based (but not chips) but could be an omelette, pasta or pizza (only on friday)
It's typically water during the day, maybe a tumbler glass or two of fizzy at home in the evening (i know I could cut this out) but it's typically squash.
I've cut/replaced a lot of the unhealthier stuff over the past two years which alone has cut down on my weight, I used to have a chocolate bar every lunch time and replaced it with the yoghurt instead, which dropped quite a bit of weight after a while.
I used to also be a BIG bottle of IRN BRU over 24hours again cut this back, originially to over two days, now a big bottle of juice lasts about a week. First big cut also saw a weight loss while not exercising.
So yeah, I'd considering it pretty healthy, compared to what I know colleagues and friends have, just stumped how I felt I gained a wee bit of a gut again. But may have been a bad couple of days as I'm back to feeling a bit leaner
No worries.
A few warm-up sets is all you need. Stretch at the end of your workout if you want to
No I wouldn't. You're missing my point.
These are carbs. And simple, sugary carbs at that... Which look like most of your diet.
Get rid of these, swap for fats and protein (more eggs, nuts, meats, etc.) and profits.
Yes but having that every morning is a tad costly If I didn't train first thing, I'd probably contemplate it to be honest.
Instead it's oats and whey.
Yes, however I must disagree with what preceded this and go out saying that Weetabix bloody RULES!The ony genuinely problematic thing about Weetabix comes when you forgetto wash the bowl up the second you finish the last spoon.
However, it's iust empty fibre and slightly complex carb that does nothing for much.
Four egg omelette with bacon, cheese and mushroom, however, is so full of awesome that I can't even describe it.

Damn bloody right it does! You heard it here first brosephs, weetabix gives you big boobs

I'd imagine they're just pandering to his ego so whatever he likes they just tell him it's all good.
Hopefully Haye will snap him properly when they fight although seeing someone like that boast about lifting and snap would go a long way in educating regular gym goers about the pitfalls of **** form.
LOL, just saw your comment on his video
