I'll no doubt just eat my morning tuna and sweet tat earlier than usual.

You were considering taking BCAA's which i assumed you didnt already have, so i sugguested that you dont really need them, and if you wanted to add anything, just add some Leucine to your PWO.

Sticking with what your doing is also perfectly fine.
 
BCAAs have leucine in them which is why people buy them - for ease. Don't get me wrong, they're not a "waste of money" per se, certainly for people who struggle to get everything they want out of their diet - they're just not REALLY necessary. Anyway this is the wrong thread for supplementation discussion! :p

Like I say, if I do switch to morning training rather than evening I'll no doubt consume my mid morning food a touch earlier....

What do you do breakfast wise? I normally have some oats and whey (not as a drink) so may consider slapping a banana in before the workout

Most horrible experience ever.Rapid heartbeat 170 + and 39.7 degree temperature.
Nothing anyone could do except give me iv and ice packs.Would have been in the **** if i took a higher dose than 125mg which is pretty low.

Out the hospital now feeling better although dnp has a half life of 36 hours.

Stuff is the devil.Lesson learnt, back to hard graft to lose this weight.

no breakfast, i have coffee on training days pre workout, then i have a normal pwo shake with 5g leucine and 5g creatine.

on off days i have 10g whey 10g coconut oil in 3/4 pint of coffee

i dont eat until around 13:30

Damn muzza! full recovery in short order hopefully
 
It has been used at times to make dyes, other organic chemicals, and wood preservatives. It has also been used to make photographic developer, explosives, and pesticides.
 
I had a feeling that may have been it, very surprised you suffered so much on such a low dose.
Look at the bright side you're ok and at least you didn't buy his 250mg caps :p
Also I'd remove the picture as putting that name in Google takes you straight to his site.

Although it is quite strange you had such a high hr as DNP has no effect on the heart.

Jesus DNP, couldn't you have asked on here if it was worth a go, you wouldn't have got one response saying sure go for it.

You are quite clearly off your head, but I am glad you are ok.

How much weight do you have to shift? I can almost understand it (but still can't really) if you were prepping or something and had to get rid of that last wee stubborn bit of fat, but taking what effectively is a poison is bonkers.

Hope you are ok mate - be sure to post your experience on some of the other uk based muscle forums as alarmingly there seems to be a big uptake of using this sort of stuff!
