Anyone seen this yet?

not as bad as first expected, but no doubt this will dent his career.

I have known about it for some time now as a friend was a TPN sponsored athlete. Was a case of keep shut or be threated with a lawsuit.

Yes. A bit like all those athletes claiming clen in their system was from contaminated food. :D

I read through that this morning and - if it's true - then unlucky. However, I will wait for an independent view... if that ever comes out.

Either way, the guy can't clean/snatch to save his life (as of his 'Crossfit' vid a while ago), so he's a nothing to me. ;) :D

a PWO is not that bad! but I suspect more was at work ;)

The fact the PWO was not even his own product makes me chuckle.

Re Rob Riches:
The fact he states he brought the craze on the 1st April, and had finished it at least 1 week before the competition on 21st April screams BS.

Lets say he worked out every day, twice a day, thats still only 28 servings of craze some left over from their smallest tubs they sell.....
either that or he was double dosing on 1 workout a day!

That depends what you want to achieve?

More weight loss = deficit.
Nothing = maintenance.
Gain = surplus.

I'd keep your protein macro the same and alternate your carbs & fat 20/40 - 40/20. That or just go 30/30 for the remainder.

Trying to get as lean as possible then will start slow bulking from September.

With that in mind do you mean I should just eat my resting day calories for 5-10 days whilst I recover, alternating the macros 20/40 and 40/20 but keeping total calorie intake sub 2000?

Usually I do 3 training days/4 rest. I eat 3000kcal on training days, under 2000 on rest and do a 30/70 70/30 split.

I'm just worried I'll lose a lot of muscle if I only eat, say, 1700kcal a day for 5-10 days.

Hi guys once again,

I have now actually joined the gym (After talking about it for so long) and I went last night and made a list of the equipment in there. Its only a small local one so they dont have everything but it was my only real option because I am moving in two months so I didn't want to tie myself into a contract etc for somewhere I can't go!

Here is the equipment that they have;
Seated lat, seated row, incline press, pec deck, punch bag, treadmill, rowing machine, cycle machine, cross trainer, hip flexion, leg curl and dumbbells and bar with various weights.

Can anyone recommend a workout plan to follow using that equipment?

Thanks in advance guys :)

Cancel the contract and find a different one. ;-)
