I do get the feeling sometimes though that SOME people do tend to have this whole "screw supps, just eat loadz of meat" thing going on.

Lots of people come on here going "I need to buy some whey protein" - People are just making sure they aren't just buying it due to seeing some advert about drinking whey makes you pack on 10lbs of muscle mass in 10 minutes
