Went to the gym for the 1st time ever on monday. My brother and another friend mostly showed me around and I tried a bunch of stuff, but I did end up doing quite a lot of lifting. Now I'm in massive amounts of pain.
Anything I can do to speed up the recovery process? I want to go again![]()

Know them feels, though on a cut now, down 3kg I feel like death. Lifting is ****. but I look awesome so who cares![]()
