oooooooh
^ strong cut to no-mass status.
Just finishing off one huge 18month diet tbh, never lifted on a surplus/maintenance so mass gains have been pretty difficult.^ strong cut to no-mass status.
Haha your right, that would be at about 12% BF at that weight, but yeah - I'm yet to bulk up.Just sayin'
70kg at almost 6 foot is quite small. I can't remember any pictures so I could be wrong and he could be massively shredded at 70kg and pretty joocy...
Edit: fair enough. I kind of read it that you had chosen to cut from 75kg, but it makes more sense to continue cutting as part of a longer mission.
Also, you might want this.

I have gained 2 inches on my chest & an inch on my arms as I've lost weight.....
/runs off & awaits the fireworks.
- I have been doing lean-gains (So on workout days I eat a surplus, but my net weekly calories are a large deficit), but practically none existent either way.
But they may have been noobie gains still.
Are you saying it's not worth getting the body-fat down to a good level first before starting to bulk up for the first time?, if I'll be gaining fat as part of the bulking process it was under the impression that it's usually best to get-to a rough target BF% first, then start bulking.Yeah, I'll happily back up the assertion that, at 6 foot and sub 75kg, you end up looking like a skinny twerp. Been there and done that. And at the time my lifts were even quite good, considering the incessant dieting. Shredded, maybe, but it doesn't matter - you still look like crap. And this stands to reason I suppose, because a natural bodybuilder of that height who is close to full muscular potential will usually weigh in between 80-85kg at competition body fat levels.
So, if you're super low body fat and sub 75kg at 6 foot, the fact is you have a LONG way to go as far as muscle gain is concerned.
Plenty of examples of looking like garbage at average muscle and very low body fat were posted in Kai's competition log (I refer to the other competitors, I'm not pointing fingers at Kai). Worth checking out in order to see some pretty awesome feats of pointless and unattractive degrees of over-dieting.
