I bodybugged somebody in a position broadly equivalent to yours (90kg, stalled) with interesting results. I want to post more and will later but I got to bloody get ready for work :((. What are you height wise, around 6 feet? Also, which caliper formula are you relying on for fat % estimates#?

Yep 6 foot and caliper not sure about, was 7 or 8 sites for the measurement, not just 4
 
Where the hell do you squatters get shorts from? Most of them are too tight round my thighs but a loose on the waist. Seriously half of these shorts make me look like a pedo
 
Top tip - split them through vigorous squatting, then get your woman of choice to sew them back together a little larger with the type 2 muscle fibres you provide her. Maximum gains.
 
I was talking more casual wear shorts. The only shorts I found which I can get to fit are typically board shorts which isn't the most presentable. Meh.
 
Still can't get the plank quite right. Currently able to hold it for around 40 seconds.

Posterior pelvic tilt. Squeeze those glutes and core like a mother****er. I can't superengage my core like that for more than about 10 seconds without some serious burnage even when I'm just sitting here typing this.
