Not sure if joke, or serious....

If serious, I can't lift anything even squatting. Worked through it, but it's not healing so pointless at the moment.

If joking, masturbating SRS even that hurts.

How long ago did you do it? Its taken mine over 3 weeks to heal and now nearly 100% fixed, I too didn't bother resting just used a wrist strap MTFU and no curlz!

Do you squat with your thumb over or around the bar? OR is it just pressure hurting it at the moment?

Around the bar, just the pressure it kills. I can bare through the pain, that doesn't bother me but I'd rather I let it heal. It literally is clicking into place, my thumb bit and having to unlick it out. Weird. Just getting worse :(

About 2-3 weeks ago, probably doesn't help I'm still mountain biking too. It literally hurts even lifting a cup of coffee which it didn't at first.

Though the doc this morning basically called me a phaggot and to get out his office.

Question about deadlift form.

Currently on 120kg ( I weigh 78KG), and my knees are starting to wobble a bit (especially the left)
Is it a symptom of poor form, and if so - any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Google MWOD generating torque. Could be abductor/adductor imbalances too so try some isolation work such as presses, split squats (any style) and walking lunges. Should help with stability.

Feet positioning will play a factor too with toes pointing out allowing more knee collapse.

I'm not the kind that's going to whip out the camera in the gym and film myself :)

I really never understand this mentality. People are trying to help you and without a video they can't do much other than pure guess work going by your description.

Get a bench, stick your phone on it and record one rep. It'll be over in 2 minutes and I'm pretty sure half the people won't give a tosh.

We have a no phone or camera rule in our gym!
 
Exactly that - I have little shame and do as I please, but I hate being hypocritical.

I despise cellphone users in the gym (do you really need to facebook in between sets), so won't do it myself.

But you're not going on facebook....You're recording your set...

My gym is crap, but I can totally understand that rule. You might get people using the camera for more than filming themselves. Like that guy on here who felt the need to video someone shrugging in the squat rack in a poor attempt to deride him.
