So Tabata... What does everyone think of it? My gym have started to offer it and it sounds interesting... Was thining of doing it between SL days

It's brutal and not for the weak minded. 4 minutes of cardiovascular hell is the only way to describe it unless you don't put 100% in to every 20 second stint in which case it's not really Tabata. Expect heart attacks and mild death if done correctly.

You mean the short one? Yea, especially if space is an issue, it can go in most half decent sized gym bags as well.
 
Upped my dumbbell bench press by 6kg in each arm over the last 2 weeks, now at 18kg and going to go for 20kg start of next week. Pretty happy about that!
 
Tabata ruins me!

Right I'm on day 3 after big workout at the weekend (first time in a while due to holidays etc.) And I'm still suffering DOMS, I cannot fully extend my arms!

Any tips?
