Dude the 595g is the max your body needs to fill up completely. I dropped 7lb in the prep phase and I aimed for 300g to start with. I upped that to around 350g ish as I am not recovering quickly enough between workouts. I am also adding in an additional backload day on Fridays when I deadlift
. Yesterday morning I was at 11st 4.5lb, backloaded yesterday evening prob closeish to 400g carbs and this morning pre workout I was 11st 6.5lb. Noticing the difference in the mirror and only in to 2nd week after prep, just hoping this continues, and I can put on some good mass while upping my lifts still
