The stand in Westfield is no longer there.

There are a few shops in London which sell them, including the place in Artillery Lane where I want to get my Oly shoes from. There's one at the top of Islington high street which had a reasonable selection, although this was ages ago. I think if you want the more specialist models online is much easier.

I bought mine from BaseLayer.co.uk - ultimately if the things don't fit, it's not really that hard to return and get a different size. One thing to remember with Vibrams is that they stretch out a bit, so the correct sizing will often feel very snug initially.

Ah Lie, should have got the Komodosports mang, nicer footbed/interior and the strapping system is better IMO, lary colours though.

Rather irritatingly, the scales I used to calculate my BW pre-CBL prep stage, are bust, so the initial reading was probably wrong.

****.

I weighed 12st 2lb 8 days into the prep. stage. Any estimates of what my baseline carb level will be? I don't have a low percentage of body fat.

Extraordinarily frustrating.

Edit: The BW to carbs calc. at the back of the book estimates me to have a baseline of 595 carbs. Meanwhile, the 'faulty' scales suggest I may have only lost 1-2 pounds (!!!) in the prep stage, which would give 182g.

182g v 595g. Quite a difference :/

Dude the 595g is the max your body needs to fill up completely. I dropped 7lb in the prep phase and I aimed for 300g to start with. I upped that to around 350g ish as I am not recovering quickly enough between workouts. I am also adding in an additional backload day on Fridays when I deadlift :). Yesterday morning I was at 11st 4.5lb, backloaded yesterday evening prob closeish to 400g carbs and this morning pre workout I was 11st 6.5lb. Noticing the difference in the mirror and only in to 2nd week after prep, just hoping this continues, and I can put on some good mass while upping my lifts still :)

So considering I have no idea what my mass loss was, and that I'm not a person with low body fat, that ~200g of carbs will be appropriate?

Total guessing game I know, but I am aiming to lose fat.

Start with 300g and go from there. Make
sure to keep your ultra low carb days just that and you will see weight loss.

Thanks :)

Just having my first feast now, so I'm going to keep to low 200s whilst I wait for a consensus!

I luuuurve pizza. And cookies.#

Edit - and now I feel sick.
