Yeah, was thinking to myself this morning how there's always strong trends in these forums.
- ice debunks the upright row as a poor exercise, upright rows now scorned at any mention
What? It's a good exercise, hit's my lateral delts hard.
It's a bad position for the shoulder to be in. Many a torn/injured shoulder from upright bros.
I've never had problems with them, i use an E-Z bar and use a shoulder width grip as stated by exrx.net and i get no shoulder pains or anything negative except DOMS which are a positive.
I'm just saying, only takes one time for you to check into snap city.
Ah, so that's why Pulse doesn't do anything for you.27 today goodnight sweet test levels
Pretty much have to start TRT now
Arnie. What a guy!
I have a question to the CBL guys. So, I started the prep phase yesterday... Good god, this is hard work!!! Battling the morning hunger is so hard after conditioning yourself over years of having regular breakfasts day after day... Lots and lots of tea seems to be helping?! I've never really gave coffee a shot but I have bought a jar and will see what happens!?
Anyway, I digress.. I'd like to shorten the prep phase with some HIIT. I was thinking of doing some fartlek training. Do you think 3 x sessions made up of 5 x 30 second sprints with 2-4 minute walks in between will be enough to accelerate me through the prep stage?
Upright rows in a smith are rife at Kiss
Delvis gone full Delvis again! you cannot upright row in a smith machine, unless your hanging upside down from the top of the frame. Its a press otherwise
