Its called ****ty Shoulder Syndrome (SSS) and it comes from **** like upright rows when done wrong. Have fun with shoulder workouts when it started hurting half way through your warm up :)
 
Because m8 body image is a complicated mental problem. Sure it seems obvious to everyone else that synthol makes you look retarded. But they don't see it that way. Synthol users should be viewed in the same light as anorexics and plastic surgery monsters. They have a problem and in truth they need help

abusers not users ;)
there are plenty of pro bodybuilders who use it to top up weak points before a comp i'm sure.
 
Winter training!! How to snap your **** up :D

Can't get out of road in car so was picked up where I could walk to. Unit was freezing and we are out of gas. Bad times.

Swap with someone else
480xf - both broke the floor but he stopped
Swapped with Olly who is a taller than me but has a better dead than the other 2
480xf - above the knee, he's a hitcher though and once he started the hitch the weight transferred to me and I stopped moving. Close, a bit more fresh and we'd have that. - will post vid when it's uploaded.

From 18" I've no doubt we would pull 600 tbh. Bit more work on timing and technique is all that's needed.

How long you are in the gym means nothing, it's what you do while in there that matters.

Diet is key, I'm guessing that given your recent hospital time you are after a quick fix or something. What do you look like at the moment, any pics up?
 
most are 20kg, some are 22 and some are for little people or women and weigh 15 or something.

Having someone else moving the bar while pulling it yourself is not the easiest thing in the world lol :D
 
Yeah, joe hitches pretty much anything over 200kg, so I have to stop at the point he does so that he can hitch it, then i can move again lol
 
Hm, is there such a thing as a shirt with some rubber grip on the back of it? namely on the shoulders? :p

EDIT: will just get some non slip matting or something

what the holy **** are you asking for, a pussy pad? need a tampon for that bar when you do squats? :P
 
These two combined were pretty much my point.

It's a solid concept. Just most places have the issues that have been described above more often than not...

Isn't that the case for any gym though? The vast majority are full of people who don't have a clue what they are doing or why :p

He is 19, 90kg, competing in a raw and tested federation:

317kg squat
181kg bench
340kg deadlift.

Just wow.
 
7 years he has been training apparently. At 15 he was pulling over 600lb :(

Jesse Norris, he has a few more vids on youtube, strong as an ox and a fraction of the weight!
 
There's no use comparing ourselves against the someone who top of their game.

Yeah, you could sit here all day comparing yourself to people at the top of their chosen sport or profession and get nothing from it at all.

Some people are just naturally gifted and lucky enough to find out what that gift is.
 
Interesting, what is it you do Morba (as well as shift lots of weight of course :p ). I mean, where do you work? Do you run a gym or something?

I work in IT :D

Me and 3 friends have a unit (smaller than a double garage probably) with a load of strongman kit, a few oly bars and a shed load of weight that we just have fun with :D

We have spoken about having something commercial, it would mean paying less out ourselves each month, but that is a long way off and tbh there is a pretty good independent gym close to us which collects most of the bodybuilding/strength people in the community.

Something like this, where many people could train and all equipment could be out without disturbing others would be perfect:

Unfortunately its probably a horrible time right now to try and open a gym, people have less money burning a hole in their pocket than a few years ago.
